Balancing a Full-Time Job and Running a Ghostwriting Business: How I Do It
I launched my ghostwriting agency, The Manuscript Queen in 2022, while also working a full-time job at an HVAC company.
At first, I was overwhelmed by the amount of work and responsibility that came with both jobs.
But over time, I’ve learned how to effectively balance my time and energy between my day job and my passion project.
First and foremost, As a ghostwriter, I help individuals and businesses craft compelling content that aligns with their brand voice and goals.
It’s something I love doing, but it can be challenging to juggle alongside a demanding 9–5 job.
To successfully manage both roles, I have developed some key strategies that allow me to stay efficient and productive without sacrificing the quality of my work.
