How The Worst Ghostwriting Client Helped Me Become A Better Ghostwriter

As a ghostwriter, I have encountered a wide range of clients throughout my career.

Some were great to work with, while others made me question why I even pursued this profession in the first place.

But one particular client stood out from the rest — the worst ghostwriting client I have ever had.

At first, everything seemed promising.

They had a unique story to tell and were willing to pay well for my services. However, as soon as we started working together, red flags started popping up left and right.

Firstly, they constantly changed their mind about what they wanted in their book. One day it was a memoir, the next day it was a self-help book on personal finance.

This not only caused confusion but also wasted valuable time and effort on my part.

Secondly, they were extremely indecisive and could never seem to make a final decision on anything.

This led to endless revisions and changes, causing the project to drag on for months longer than anticipated.
